In addition to the existing 50cm width rolls (50cm x 25m / 50cm x 100m) we added the larger 100cm x100m roll to support more efficient processing, particularly for large-format applications and higher production volumes.
THERMOFIX is a professional thermofix appliqué material designed for industrial embroidery production from 100% polyester adhesive fibers for permanent bonding
is designed to significantly streamline appliqué and emblem application processes. After the embroidery design is completed, the material is ironed onto the reverse side of the emblem. The emblem can then be permanently applied to the desired fabric using either a standard household iron or a heat press. The bonding remains durable even after frequent washing.
Beyond appliqué work, THERMOFIX is suitable for very small or difficult areas where machine fixation is not possible. It is also used for edge reinforcement and simple seaming applications.
